Issue
XIX, Volume III
Welcome to
the nineteenth issue of the Onlinegigs
Booking & Promotional Tips monthly newsletter, Volume III. This month
we're passing along info about the importance of using contracts as part
of your booking process. Contracts can be very elaborate with 40 page
riders or more simple performance agreements that just outline the terms
of the booking. Within Onlinegigs, it is simple to generate a contract
and send to the talent buyer (and copy in other pertinent parties) via
fax or email. Check out Jeri Goldstein's article below for more information
on the various types of contracts that should be issued. As always, feel
free to contact us with any questions you have.

are wiser now.
Here is a listing with explanations of a variety of types of contract
agreements and supplemental documents that can be used when booking
your gigs.

Letter of Confirmation:
There
are those times when a formal performance contract may be inappropriate

letter format and it includes the essentials such as performance time,
date, place, producer, artist, who provides what and who is responsible
for each item included. This type of letter may be used with organizations
